• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Amount]. For orders below this, a flat rate of ₹[Insert Amount] applies.

• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luméra pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

   

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including the jewelry box and certificates).

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
